What is your return & Exchange policy?

Because our items are all handmade and made to order they are considered custom-made, so there are no refunds or exchanges. We do accept cancellations please check all information is correct before checking out. Thank you!

Turn around Time?

All of our embroidery is made to order. We currently have a 4-6 weeks turnaround time, which doesn’t include shipping time and it is an estimate, it could be sooner or later than the 2-3 weeks depending on the amount of orders received. Thank you.
